الشروط والأحكام — تطبيق ماما حليمة

١. قبول الشروط
باستخدامكِ تطبيق ماما حليمة («التطبيق») فإنكِ توافقين على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافقي عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
٢. ما هو التطبيق
ماما حليمة تطبيقٌ إرشاديٌّ للأمهات لمتابعة نموّ أطفالهنّ من الولادة حتى ٦ سنوات، يشمل أنشطةً يومية، وأدوات فحص تطوّري، وتتبّعاً يومياً، ومساعداً ذكياً، ومجتمعاً للأمهات. محتواه ذو طابع تعليمي وإرشادي.
٣. الأهلية
يجب أن تكوني بالغةً (١٨ عاماً فأكثر) وأمّاً أو وليّة أمر للطفل الذي تتابعينه. أنتِ مسؤولة عن دقّة البيانات التي تُدخلينها.
⚕️ تنبيه طبّي مهم: ماما حليمة ليس جهازاً طبياً ولا بديلاً عن الاستشارة الطبية المتخصصة. أدوات الفحص (مثل M-CHAT-R و ASQ-3) والنصائح والرؤى المقدّمة هي لأغراض المعلومات والتوعية فقط، ولا تُعدّ تشخيصاً طبياً. استشيري دائماً طبيب أطفال أو مختصّاً مؤهلاً بشأن صحة طفلكِ وتطوّره. في حالات الطوارئ اتصلي فوراً بالإسعاف على الرقم 997 (المملكة العربية السعودية) أو الجهة الطارئة المحلية.
٤. حسابك وأمنه
يتم الدخول عبر رقم جوّالكِ ورمز تحقّق (OTP) — لا توجد كلمة مرور. أنتِ مسؤولة عن المحافظة على جهازكِ ورقمكِ، وعن أي نشاط يتم عبر حسابكِ.
٥. الاستخدام المقبول والمجتمع
- لا تستخدمي التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو ضارّ.
- في المجتمع، التزمي بالاحترام؛ يُمنع المحتوى المسيء أو المضلِّل أو الذي ينتهك خصوصية الآخرين.
- نحتفظ بحقّ مراجعة المحتوى المُبلَّغ عنه وإزالته وتقييد الحسابات المخالِفة.
٦. المساعد الذكي «حليمة»
المساعد الذكي يقدّم معلومات عامة فقط ويخضع للتنبيه الطبّي أعلاه. لا تعتمدي عليه في قرارات طبية. استخدامه اختياري ويتطلب موافقتكِ.
٧. الاشتراكات
الاشتراكات المدفوعة غير مُتاحة حالياً. عند توفّرها مستقبلاً، تُدار الفوترة والتجديد عبر App Store / Google Play وفق سياساتهما، وتُعرض شروطها داخل التطبيق قبل الشراء.
٨. الملكية الفكرية والمحتوى
التطبيق وتصميمه ومحتواه مملوكة لـ Axes Holding ومحميّة. ما تُدخلينه (ملاحظات، صور) يبقى ملككِ، وتمنحيننا ترخيصاً محدوداً لمعالجته لتشغيل الخدمة لكِ فقط، وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
٩. الخصوصية
تُوضّح معالجتنا لبياناتك في سياسة الخصوصية، وهي جزء لا يتجزّأ من هذه الشروط.
١٠. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». إلى الحد الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية تنشأ عن الاستخدام، ولا نضمن خلوّه التام من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء. لا يحدّ هذا من أي حقوق غير قابلة للتنازل بموجب الأنظمة السعودية.
١١. إنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنكِ حذف حسابكِ في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق. ويجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.
١٢. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختصّ الجهات القضائية السعودية بأي نزاع.
١٣. تغييرات الشروط
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط، وسنُبلغكِ بالتغييرات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق. استمرار استخدامكِ بعد التحديث يعني موافقتكِ.

1. Acceptance
By using the Mama Halima app (the "App") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. What the App is
Mama Halima is a guidance app for mothers to follow their children's growth from birth to age 6, including daily activities, developmental screening tools, daily tracking, an AI assistant, and a community. Its content is educational and informational in nature.
3. Eligibility
You must be an adult (18+) and a parent or guardian of the child you track. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

The screening tools (e.g. M-CHAT-R, ASQ-3), tips, and insights are for information and awareness only and are not a medical diagnosis. Always consult a qualified pediatrician or healthcare professional about your child's health and development. In an emergency, call 997 (Saudi Arabia) or your local emergency service immediately.
4. Your account & security
Sign-in uses your phone number and a one-time code (OTP) — there is no password. You are responsible for keeping your device and number secure and for activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use & community
- Do not use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
- In the community, be respectful; abusive, misleading, or privacy-violating content is prohibited.
- We may review reported content, remove it, and restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
6. The AI assistant ("Halima")
The AI assistant provides general information only and is subject to the medical disclaimer above. Do not rely on it for medical decisions. Its use is optional and requires your consent.
7. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are not offered at this time. If offered in future, billing and renewal are handled by the App Store / Google Play under their policies, and the terms are shown in-app before purchase.
8. Intellectual property & content
The App, its design, and content are owned by Axes Holding and protected. What you enter (notes, photos) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it to operate the service for you only, per the Privacy Policy.
9. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use, and we do not warrant the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not limit any non-waivable rights under Saudi law.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
